Counseling sessions from the comfort of your own home.


Policies

We provide in-person and online counseling sessions to ensure accessibility and convenience for our clients. To make the most of your session, we kindly ask that you secure a quiet, private space with minimal distractions and have a reliable phone or internet connection available for the duration of the session.

The rates for in-person and online counseling sessions are the same as in-office sessions. Please note that at this time we are only able to provide services to clients who are Alabama and Florida residents.


Coverage/extended health care plans

Most health care plans will cover the full or partial cost of counseling sessions with a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). We currently accept Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare.

In addition to health care plans, we also accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), which are benefits offered by many employers to provide short-term counseling services at no cost to you.

If you’re covered under a health care plan through your work, school, or an immediate family member’s plan, or if your employer offers an EAP, we encourage you to check with your provider to confirm the details of your coverage. We’re here to help guide you through the process.

Payment options


24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. We are committed to providing each of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. For this reason, if sufficient notification is not received, you will be charged a $65 late cancellation fee for your session.
