Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act Disclosure
At En Touch Counseling, we believe in transparency when it comes to the cost of care.
Under federal law, healthcare providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance, or who choose not to use their insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated total cost of any non-emergency healthcare services provided by En Touch Counseling.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate:
• Before scheduling a service
• At any time during treatment
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
We encourage you to save a copy or photo of your estimate for your records.
If you have questions about your Good Faith Estimate or your rights under this law, please contact our office.
